The old adage “a gut feeling” now has a lot of research science to support it.

In fact, medical researchers now refer to the stomach’s microbiome (along with all of its interactions) as “the second brain.” And, the microbiome is comprised of a lot more than the oft misunderstood probiotics that millions of people incorrectly believe “solves everything.”

· The microbiome communicates directly with the immune system, creating a continual signaling of ‘wellness’ or ‘sickness.’
